GENERAL​​

Please read the Terms of Service/Sale before purchasing tickets, extras, and/or merchandise, which are applicable to events organized by Maiden Media Productions. Once an item is purchased, the terms and conditions apply immediately.

Maiden Media Production LTD (herein after referred to as MMP) reserves the right to refuse admission and/or services at any event and/or activity, to any person for any reason deemed necessary with no refund of monies for purchases granted.

  • Tickets

Persons must have a TICKET to access the MMP event. Any purchase of panels, photos, autographs, meet and greets, parties, etc. made without a previously purchased TICKET will be void and non-refundable. TICKETS and extras cannot be resold or transferred to another person that is not the original purchaser. Persons can purchase TICKETS and extras for another attendee, by filling out their name and surname when purchasing the TICKET. If a Talent has canceled, pre-bought extra(s) for said Talent can be transferred to another Talent, if is time and slots are available. If no time and/or slot is available for chosen talent, pre-bought extra(s) will be refunded excluding processing fees. 

TICKETS are to be collected on the day of the event.  Persons MUST present an identity document (identity card, passport, driving license) with all the printed proofs of purchase (received during your purchases). When a TICKET is collected you will receive an access bracelet that MUST be worn during the event. If an access bracelet is not presented to staff before/during events you will have to leave the event. 

  1. Online Events 

When ticket or extra(s) are purchased for an online event, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during check out. The email will contain an exclusive link to the online event. Sharing of exclusive link with non-ticket holders will result in cancellation of Persons ticket and no refund will be provided. 

For Extra(s) purchased, emails will be sent at least two weeks prior to event with instructions and times slots for (1:1’s) etc. 

MMP will not be held responsible for any online technical issues from attendees.  Please ensure you have a stable computer/smart device and strong internet connection.  Refunds will not be provided if attendees devices/internet is not working. 

  • MINORS

Persons 17 years or younger MUST have an adult/guardian with them to attend MMP events. Adult/Guardian must purchase a TICKET to be able to attend the event with minor.

  • TICKETING/TERMS OF PAYMENT/REFUNDS

TICKET prices may have additional fees. Ticket prices may be exempt from ticketing fees and additional fees may be added to the final amount. In the event of a refund, MMP will not reimburse the fees charged. All debt cards, major credit card and bank transfers are accepted. If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be rescheduled to the new date and TICKET purchaser will be informed.  If the event is CANCELED, refunds will be granted minus any service fees. MMP reserves the right to restrict or issue refunds on one on one basis for any reason. 

  • DATES, VENUES AND TALENT

An event is themed on a series/film and not on a single actor. The VENUE of TALENT is contractual, due to their professional commitments or any other circumstances. If a TALENT has to cancel his/her attendance, there will not be any refund of the TICKET. Extra purchased for a particular TALENT that has canceled can be used for another TALENT of choice. It is therefore essential that your participation in an event is not based on a single guest. MMP reserves the right to modify the date and the place of the event. If a new date and/or VENUE is needed and you are not available on the new DATES, you will need to contact MMP immediately. In case of postponement and/or change of location, MMP will not reimburse the expenses you have incurred (hotel, transport, etc).

  • PHOTOSHOOTS, AUTOGRAPHS AND MEETING (EXTRAS)

Photoshoots, autographs, and meetings are sold online at the prices indicated on the event website for people who have already bought a TICKET. No gifts will be given to our guests during the Panels and/or Photoshoots. EXTRAS cannot be transferred to others, and if one is resold it will be void. MMP declines all responsibility if attendees do not show up at the time of their purchased Extras.

  • Attendees

MMP is not responsible for personal items of attendees. We cannot be held responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to them. MMP reserves the right to send back and/or refuse access to its events an attendee(s) who harms the
organization (defamation, aggression, non-respect of the rules, etc) without any reimbursement.

Attendees may give gifts during autographs if timeslot allows. EXTRAS cannot be transferred to others, and if one is resold it will be void. 

MMP declines all responsibility if attendees do not show up at the time of their purchased Extras.

  • PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Cameras are allowed during Panels for the first FIVE minutes.  VIDEOS and RECORDINGS are not allowed as to respect the TALENT. If PHOTOS, VIDEOS, and/or RECORDINGS are noticed after the allotted 5 minutes, the attendee will be escorted from the PANEL room.  NO REFUND will be provided if such actions occur. NO PHOTOS, VIDEOS, and/or RECORDINGS during photoshoots, autographs, meetings and private parties. If these guidelines are not followed, attendee(s) will be made to leave the event. NO REFUND will be given. 

  • RIGHT TO ONE’S OWN IMAGE

By buying a TICKET/EXTRA and by attending an event organized by MMP, you authorize us to use your image for advertising and/or commercial purposes, as well as to broadcast it on sites and social networks.

  • CONFORMITY

MMP is not responsible for personal items of attendees. We cannot be held responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to them. MMP reserves the right to send back and/or refuse access to its events an attendee(s) who harms the
organization (defamation, aggression, non-respect of the rules, etc) without any reimbursement. MMP reserves the right to modify at any time its general conditions of sale.
